Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2026 — INNOCEAN India, the global marketing and communications network backed by Hyundai Motor Group, has appointed Ruchi Mishra as Vice President to lead its Bengaluru office and drive the agency’s South India business. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening client partnerships, expanding the agency’s integrated capabilities, and supporting business growth across the region.

South India continues to be one of India’s most dynamic markets, with sectors such as mobility, EV, technology, fintech and D2C witnessing rapid growth and increasing demand for integrated marketing solutions. Based in Bengaluru, Ruchi will work closely with clients and teams to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning strategy, creative, media, content, digital, data and AI-led marketing.

Ruchi brings two decades of industry experience spanning agencies such as Mullen Lowe and JWT/VML, Dubai-based research firm 4Sight, and independent consulting work across EdTech, health tech and consumer sectors. She has a track record of building brands from scratch, scaling businesses, and delivering growth in categories new to her. Her past mandates include work for Idea Cellular, Lifebuoy, Fair & Lovely, Cholayil, Openhouse and Upfield’s Blue Band Margarine, along with a hand in several integrated growth and business transformation programmes.

At INNOCEAN, Ruchi will be responsible for developing the South India new-business pipeline, supporting the agency’s regional work for Hyundai and Kia, and positioning Bengaluru as a full-fledged strategic hub rather than a satellite office. She will also help shape the network’s broader South India growth strategy, operating across strategy, content, media and AI-led solutions. She will be based in Bengaluru and report to Amitabh Sreedharan, EVP – Growth, and Santosh Kumar, COO, INNOCEAN Worldwide India.

India is one of the most important growth markets within the INNOCEAN global network, and we continue to invest in the talent and capabilities needed to support our long-term ambitions here. Ruchi’s appointment is an important addition to our leadership team as we strengthen our presence in South India. She brings deep market understanding, strong client leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset that aligns with the direction we are building towards. I am confident she will play a key role in helping us deepen client partnerships, expand our integrated offerings and accelerate the next phase of INNOCEAN India’s growth” said, Jaeho Yoo (Jaden), Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, INNOCEAN India

Commenting on the appointment, Ruchi Mishra said, “South India isn’t a market waiting to be discovered, it’s already moving, often faster than the communications industry serving it. I’m excited to build a genuine hub here for INNOCEAN, one that starts with a business’s real problem and brings together whatever combination of strategy, content, media, and AI-led capability actually solves it.”

“South India is a strategic growth market for INNOCEAN India, and Bengaluru is central to that vision. Ruchi’s experience in building businesses, leading high-performing teams and delivering integrated solutions makes her the right leader for this role. Her appointment reflects our continued focus on strengthening our regional presence, building long-term client partnerships and delivering marketing solutions that bring together creativity, media, technology and data.” said Santosh Kumar, Chief Operating Officer, INNOCEAN India.

With new offices now open in both Bengaluru and Mumbai, INNOCEAN is strengthening its national footprint as part of a wider strategy to build specialised hubs across digital, data, commerce, content, and consulting a more unified marketing OS designed for closer client collaboration and faster market response.

About INNOCEAN India
