Selangor, Malaysia, March 2026 – Alvin Low has taken on the role of HR Director for Malaysia, Brunei, and the Philippines at Rentokil Initial, marking a significant step in his leadership journey across the Asia-Pacific region.
In this expanded role, Alvin will lead the people strategy across multiple markets, focusing on talent development, workforce effectiveness, and strengthening organizational culture to support Rentokil Initial’s continued growth across Southeast Asia.
Prior to this role, Alvin served as Head of People at Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn Bhd for nearly seven years, where he led HR transformation initiatives, talent development strategies, and people operations for a large-scale retail organization, driving organizational capability and employee engagement.
Earlier, he spent close to four years with GSK, contributing to HR strategy and talent development initiatives, strengthening his expertise in managing people practices within global organizations.
He also held the role of Assistant Vice President – Group HR at Axiata, where he supported group-level HR initiatives, gaining exposure to regional HR leadership and organizational strategy.
Alvin’s earlier experience includes roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Synovate, and Electrolux, where he built a strong foundation in HR management, talent development, and employee relations across diverse industries.
