In this global role, Anna led initiatives to map and enhance the employee lifecycle—from candidate attraction through alumni engagement—using human-centered design principles to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. She also played a key role in driving the company’s People Strategy 2030 portfolio by establishing governance, aligning cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. Her elevation to HR Operations Director, Global Shared Services reflects DNV’s confidence in her ability to lead its next phase of HR operational excellence.
Prior to joining DNV, Anna spent more than seven years with Thomson Reuters, where she built extensive expertise across talent acquisition, HR business partnering, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.
She concluded her tenure at Thomson Reuters as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition & Talent Development, leading talent strategy, recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives for the Operations Center while supporting organizational growth through strategic workforce planning.
Earlier, she served as Senior HR Advisor (HR Business Partner), partnering closely with leadership teams on HR strategy, succession planning, performance management, leadership coaching, compensation planning, employee relations, change management, and organizational development. Before that, she progressed through the roles of HR Advisor (HR Business Partner), Junior HR Advisor (HR Business Partner), Talent Acquisition & Brand Coordinator, and Recruitment Support, gaining broad expertise across recruitment, employer branding, university partnerships, HR advisory, and people development.
Anna’s career demonstrates a remarkable progression from recruitment and HR advisory into global HR leadership.
