Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, August 2026 — Manish Singh has been appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO) at Uniparts India Ltd., bringing more than two decades of professional experience spanning HR leadership, business partnering, talent acquisition, organizational development, HR transformation and workforce strategy.
Singh joins Uniparts India Ltd. after an extensive 14-year career with Blue Star Limited, where he progressed through several HR leadership positions. Most recently, he served as General Manager – Human Resources, acting as a senior HR leader and advisor to business leadership across unitary products, commercial air conditioning, R&D and supply chain. His responsibilities included advancing HR digital transformation, aligning the people agenda with business priorities, strengthening workforce readiness and supporting a high-performance culture.
Before becoming General Manager, Singh served as Business HR Head at Blue Star from 2020 to 2024. Earlier, he was Regional HR Head & Talent Acquisition Lead, following nearly six years as Manager – Human Resources. His progression within the organization gave him experience across business HR, regional leadership, recruitment and talent strategy while supporting evolving organizational and workforce requirements.
Prior to Blue Star, Singh spent more than four years as Manager – HR & Admin at Usher Group and over three years with Sharda Group, where he served as Senior Officer. His career began on the technical side of industry as Assistant Manager – Instrumentation at Nuchem Limited’s MDF Division, providing him with an operational foundation before his transition into human resources.
Singh holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. As Group CHRO at Uniparts India, his broad experience across HR strategy, talent, transformation and business partnering will support the organization’s people agenda across its international manufacturing footprint.
