Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2026 — Jyoti Menezes has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at ViSure Investment Affairs, bringing more than two decades of human resources and people leadership experience to the financial advisory and consulting firm. Her experience spans people strategy, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, organizational transformation and change management.
In her new role, Menezes will bring her extensive HR leadership experience to ViSure as the organization develops its people and organizational capabilities. Her background includes partnering with senior executives on HR strategy, talent development, compensation, organizational design, performance management and leadership succession, alongside experience supporting businesses through periods of growth and transformation.
Before this appointment, Menezes established an independent practice as a Leadership Coach and Virtual CHRO in 2024. In April 2026, she also became Co-Founder of Semco Style Consultants Pvt Ltd, formerly SemcoStyle Institute India, further extending her work in leadership and organizational development.
A significant part of Menezes’ career was built during nearly 18 years with Piramal Group. From 2015 to 2024, she served as Head HR – Piramal Corporate, IndiaRF, working closely with CXOs on people strategy and execution. Her responsibilities included workforce planning, succession management, learning and talent reviews, performance management, compensation frameworks, organizational change and HR governance. She also supported IndiaRF portfolio companies on priority people initiatives, including CEO hiring and onboarding.
Earlier, Menezes spent nearly nine years as Lead HR – Consumer Products Business at Piramal Group, where her work included post-merger integration, organizational restructuring, recruitment, induction, competency frameworks, culture and employee engagement. She holds a PGD in HR from MET, Mumbai, and completed the Senior Leadership Program at XLRI Jamshedpur.
