India, August 2026 — Dimple Kaloya has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at MetLife Global Capability Centers (MGCC), the strategic enterprise and innovation hub of MetLife. The appointment brings an HR leader with more than 24 years of experience across financial services, global capability centers, consulting and talent transformation to MGCC’s leadership team.
In her new role, Kaloya will lead MGCC’s people agenda across talent strategy, organizational design, workforce transformation and capability building. Her appointment comes as the organization continues to expand its future-ready capabilities, including an increasing focus on technology and AI-enabled ways of working. Her mandate will place people and organizational capability at the center of this next phase of growth.
Kaloya joins MetLife following a seven-year tenure with HSBC. Most recently, she served as Head of Human Resources, Global Service Centers India and Group Functions GSC HTCs, a position she assumed in 2021. Previously, she was Senior Vice President and Head of HR Consulting for HSBC Global Services and Technology Centers, giving her extensive experience supporting large-scale global services and technology organizations.
Before HSBC, Kaloya worked with EY in People Advisory Services, leading engagements across HR transformation, organization design, people analytics and talent for clients in financial services, pharmaceuticals and energy. She previously spent more than seven years with Aon across Sydney, Dubai and India, focusing on talent, performance and capability. Earlier, she worked with WNS Global Services on employee engagement and salesforce effectiveness initiatives.
Kaloya began her career with S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she worked in research focused on global private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Her career progression from research and consulting to enterprise HR leadership gives her a broad perspective on business transformation and human capital strategy. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
