Oslo, Norway, February 2026 — Karine Småstuen has started a new role as Head of People and Operations at Clave Consulting AS. In this role, she will be responsible for leading people strategy, operational effectiveness, and organisational development, supporting the company’s continued growth as a specialist IT consulting firm.
Karine has been closely associated with Clave Consulting AS for over a decade, most recently serving as UX Designer and Project Manager, where she contributed extensively to client delivery, project execution, and user-centric solution design. Her long-standing journey within the organisation has given her a deep understanding of Clave’s culture, people, and business priorities.
Prior to joining Clave, Karine spent nearly ten years at CIBER Norge AS, where she worked as Senior Consultant and Team Lead. In this role, she gained strong experience in consulting leadership, team management, and delivering complex technology and digital transformation initiatives for clients.
With a background that combines consulting leadership, project management, and people-focused roles, Karine brings a well-rounded perspective to her new position. Her appointment reflects Clave Consulting AS’s focus on strengthening its people and operations foundation while continuing to deliver high-quality consulting services.
