Lisa Gejrot Appointed Head of People & Transformation at Thomas Murray

London, United Kingdom, July 2026 — Thomas Murray has appointed Lisa Gejrot as its Head of People & Transformation, following a successful progression through a series of leadership roles within the organization.

Lisa joined Thomas Murray in September 2025 as Interim Human Resources Manager before moving into the role of Transformation Manager, where she led organizational transformation initiatives and change programs. Having demonstrated strong leadership across both people strategy and business transformation, she has now taken on the position permanently as Head of People & Transformation, where she will lead the company’s people agenda while driving organizational transformation, leadership capability, culture, and change initiatives.

Prior to joining Thomas Murray, Lisa served as HR Business Partner at Close Brothers, supporting strategic HR initiatives within the financial services sector. Before that, she spent more than 14 years with SEB, where she held a broad range of progressively senior roles spanning HR Business Partner, Talent Management, Regulatory Operations, Transformation, Project Management, Client Account Management, and Executive Leadership Support. During her tenure, she led talent development and succession initiatives, implemented major regulatory transformation programs including MiFID II, EMIR and SFTR, managed global onboarding operations, and partnered with senior leadership on organizational development, learning, and change management.

Across her career, Lisa has developed deep expertise in People Strategy, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Transformation, Change Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Organizational Design, Regulatory Transformation, Employee Experience, Business Process Improvement, Workforce Planning, Stakeholder Management, Culture Development, Learning & Development, and Strategic Human Resources.

Her appointment reflects Thomas Murray’s continued investment in integrating people strategy with business transformation as the company accelerates its global growth.
