Seattle, Washington, United States, July 2026 — One Workplace has appointed Lenix Jorge as Vice President, People Operations, Systems & Programs, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues to innovate in workplace design, employee experience, and organizational excellence.
In his new role, Lenix will lead the company’s people operations, HR systems, and strategic people programs, helping build scalable HR capabilities, enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support One Workplace’s continued growth. Bringing more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across gaming, technology, manufacturing, and hospitality, he will play a key role in shaping the organization’s people strategy and operational excellence.
Prior to joining One Workplace, Lenix served as Senior Director, People Capability – Gaming Americas at Light & Wonder, where he led people capability initiatives across the Americas. Earlier, he held senior HR leadership positions as Director, HR Business Partner at Exabeam, Director, People & Culture at Aristocrat, and Director, Human Resources at Meubles Foliot / Foliot Furniture, leading strategic HR transformation, leadership development, talent management, and organizational capability initiatives.
He began his HR leadership journey with The Venetian | The Palazzo, Las Vegas Sands Corp. as an Employee Relations Representative, following an earlier role as Manager, Human Resources at Letica Corporation. In addition to his corporate leadership responsibilities, Lenix currently serves on the Board of Advisors for both Silver State Equality and Aurora Event Team, reflecting his commitment to community leadership and inclusion.
Throughout his career, Lenix has built expertise across People Operations, HR Strategy, Organizational Development, HR Systems, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, Change Management, Employee Experience, Culture Transformation, HR Business Partnering, Performance Management, and People Programs.
