Punjab, India, August 2026 — Jagatjit Industries Limited has appointed Robin Jaggi as Associate Director – Manufacturing, effective August 11, 2026. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening manufacturing capabilities, improving operational efficiency, driving process optimization, and supporting the company’s long-term strategic and business objectives.
Jaggi brings more than 22 years of experience across manufacturing operations, plant leadership, productivity enhancement, new product introduction, process improvement, systems implementation, and supply chain operations. Prior to joining Jagatjit Industries, he served as Regional Manufacturing Head – North and West at Britannia Industries Limited, where he was responsible for day-to-day production and manufacturing operations supporting both domestic and export businesses.
Before Britannia, Jaggi served as Vice President – Operations at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd., leading manufacturing operations and business process initiatives. Earlier, he was Cluster Head – South, Integrated Supply Chain Centres at Jubilant FoodWorks, where he managed supply-chain and operational responsibilities across the region.
He also spent more than eight years with Pernod Ricard India, progressing from Unit Head to Regional Manufacturing Manager. During this period, he gained extensive experience in manufacturing leadership, operations management, productivity improvement, and plant performance. His earlier career includes another stint with Britannia Industries Limited as Senior Manager, along with roles at Dabur Lanka Pvt. Ltd. as Project Head and Dabur India Limited, where he progressed through technical and operational positions.
Across his career, Jaggi has built a strong track record in operational excellence, manufacturing leadership, process optimization, productivity improvement, and new product implementation, making his appointment a key addition to Jagatjit Industries’ manufacturing leadership team.
