Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — BDO India has welcomed Pooja Kaishap as Partner in the Corporate team, where she will handle Partner Matters. In this role, she will bring her deep experience in HR leadership, partner talent strategy, policy implementation, employee relations, and people advisory to support the firm’s leadership and partner ecosystem.
Pooja Kaishap joins BDO India after an extensive career with KPMG India, where she spent more than 18 years across senior HR and leadership roles. Her experience spans partner-related HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, policy design, process implementation, and organizational people practices.
Before joining BDO India, Pooja served as Head of HR for Partner Matters at KPMG India, where she led end-to-end talent strategy for the firm’s partners. In this role, she worked closely with leadership and partner groups to support HR priorities, talent frameworks, and people-related initiatives for the partner community.
Earlier at KPMG India, Pooja served as Director, where she was responsible for strategizing and implementing new policies and processes across the firm. She also played a key role in setting up the Employee Relations vertical and led its development, contributing to stronger people practices, governance, and organizational alignment.
With her strong background in partner HR strategy, employee relations, and corporate people leadership, Pooja Kaishap brings valuable expertise to BDO India as the firm continues to grow its professional services capabilities and strengthen its people-first culture.
