Before joining St. Clair Health, Lisa was the Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Healthcare in Wichita, Kansas, for over four years, where she played a key role in HR operations and workforce strategy for the organization.

Earlier in her career, Lisa held the role of Director of Human Resources at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Wyoming for over four years, focusing on organizational development and HR administration.
