Norwich, England, United Kingdom, January 2026 – Lanpro Group has announced the appointment of Fraser Gamblin as Chief People Officer. In this role, he will lead the firm’s people, culture, and talent strategy, supporting Lanpro’s rapid growth while strengthening organizational capability, leadership pipelines, and workplace culture across its expanding multi-disciplinary consultancy operations in the United Kingdom.
Fraser Gamblin has built a strong people leadership career across high-growth, technology, media, and professional services environments. Prior to this appointment, he served as Head of People and Talent at Lanpro Group, where he played a key role in shaping people strategy, niche talent acquisition, board-level workforce planning, and strategic business change initiatives that supported Lanpro’s position as one of the UK’s fastest growing planning consultancies.
Before joining Lanpro, Fraser served as Director of People and Culture at BizClik Media Group, where he was the strategic HR lead for the executive team during a period of rapid year-on-year growth. He led headcount expansion, job architecture frameworks, pay review processes, and employee engagement infrastructure that supported the company’s doubling in workforce size.
Earlier, he held senior HR leadership roles at Epos Now, serving as Director of People and Culture and previously as Head of HR, where he designed and delivered the company’s global people strategy across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions, supporting significant international headcount growth, cultural development, and organizational performance enhancement.
Fraser began his HR leadership journey within the healthcare sector at Integrated Care 24 Ltd, where he served as Senior HR Business Partner and Regional HR Advisor, providing strategic HR direction across multiple UK localities. His early career foundation was built at Anglian Home Improvements and Aviva, where he developed strong expertise in employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations.
