Hyderabad, Telangana, India, April 2026 — Adaps has announced the appointment of Varaprasad Rayapudi as its Head of Engineering, reinforcing its commitment to building scalable, cloud-native, and AI-led technology platforms.
An alumnus of IIT Madras with over two decades of experience, Varaprasad brings deep expertise across HealthTech, BFSI, and SaaS, with a strong track record of building high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex, large-scale technology solutions. His strengths span microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and end-to-end product execution, making him a valuable addition to Adaps’ leadership team.
In his new role, Varaprasad will focus on strengthening engineering practices, accelerating Adaps’ AI-led roadmap, and enhancing execution excellence as the organization continues to scale innovation-driven solutions for global enterprises.
Prior to joining Adaps, Varaprasad served as Director of Engineering at SpinSci Technologies, where he led product roadmap and execution for core HealthTech platforms used by hospital chains. He managed large engineering teams and drove significant improvements in productivity and product quality through the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices, resulting in measurable gains in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Earlier, he was Vice President – Software Development and Delivery at Posidex Technologies, where he led the company’s technology roadmap and delivered cloud-native banking solutions for leading financial institutions, while also launching SaaS products on cloud marketplaces with accelerated timelines.
His leadership journey also includes roles such as Director of Product Development at Pro-Vigil Surveillance Services, Senior Engineering Manager at Delhivery, and Founder & Director at Praswana Technologies, where he consistently built scalable systems, led cross-functional teams, and delivered high-impact products across domains.
Varaprasad began his career with organizations including Infosys Technologies Ltd, Polaris Software Lab, and other global technology firms, building a strong foundation in enterprise architecture, product development, and large-scale system design.
