Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – TransBnk today announced the appointment of Rahul Arora as Global Head – Treasury and Liquidity Solutions. A seasoned banking and capital markets professional, Rahul brings over 25 years of experience across leading global institutions, including Citibank, Deutsche Bank, and HDFC Bank.
In his new role, Rahul will lead the development and expansion of TransBnk’s treasury and liquidity solutions across domestic and cross-border markets. He will focus on driving innovation and delivering scalable solutions for corporate and institutional clients. His appointment further strengthens TransBnk’s leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Rahul has held senior leadership positions across global and domestic banks, with deep expertise in capital markets, derivatives, and corporate sales. Over the course of his career, he has successfully led both sales and solutions functions, offering a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective on building and scaling treasury businesses across complex, multi-geography environments.
Most recently, Rahul served as Managing Director & Head – Corporate Sales and Solutions at Citi, overseeing India Sub-Continent and Taiwan. During his 17-year tenure, he led corporate sales and structuring solutions, partnering with a diverse range of clients on hedging, liquidity, and capital markets strategies.
