New Jersey, United States, April 2026 — Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has announced the appointment of Danielle DeBoer as its Senior Vice President of Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team at a pivotal phase of growth and transformation.
Cosette shared that Danielle brings deep experience in leading HR strategy across private equity–backed and global pharmaceutical organizations, with a proven track record in scaling teams, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and building high-performance, inclusive cultures. Her appointment comes at a critical time as the company continues to expand its portfolio, integrate new assets, and invest in its people and organizational capabilities.
For Danielle, this move is particularly meaningful as it marks a return to the pharmaceutical industry, where she has previously built significant impact through strategic HR leadership.
Prior to joining Cosette, Danielle served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ferraro Foods, where she led HR for a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization with over 1,200 employees. During her tenure, she drove large-scale organizational transformation through acquisitions, built scalable HR systems, and led executive succession planning in partnership with the Board. Her efforts also resulted in a significant reduction in voluntary attrition, driven by improved hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement practices, alongside championing DEI initiatives and performance management frameworks.
Before Ferraro Foods, Danielle spent over 14 years at Novartis, holding multiple global HR leadership roles. As People & Organization (HR) Site Head for Cell & Gene Manufacturing, she led HR operations for one of the largest global manufacturing sites, supporting over 1,000 employees. In this role, she partnered closely with senior leadership to drive talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Her earlier roles at Novartis spanned Global HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits, equipping her with a well-rounded perspective on managing complex, global HR ecosystems.
