With an impressive HR background across various industries, Marc will be pivotal in driving Lynxeo’s HR and communication strategies as it strengthens its commitment to critical infrastructure and sustainable energy solutions.
Before joining Lynxeo, Marc served as Vice President of Human Resources at Nexans Industrial Solutions & Projects. In this role, he was instrumental in developing and implementing HR initiatives for a global leader in high-end energy and data cables. His strategic contributions helped position the business as a stand-alone entity under the Nexans strategic plan, focusing on sustainable growth in the energy sector.
Prior to Nexans, Marc was a Partner at C&S Partners – Materializing Leadership, where he leveraged his expertise to support clients across the Oil & Gas Services, IT Services, and Digital Security industries. Marc’s consulting experience provided valuable insights into organizational transformation and strategic HR projects, particularly in high-growth sectors.
Earlier, Marc held several key HR leadership roles at Thales Digital Identity & Security (formerly Gemalto), where he managed HR operations for multiple business units, facilitated mergers, and led large-scale talent acquisitions and integrations. Notably, as Vice President of HR for Digital Identity & Security, Marc oversaw the successful merger of Thales’ cybersecurity entities, achieving synergy objectives ahead of schedule.
