Faridabad, Haryana, India, August 2026 — AGGCON Equipments International Limited has appointed Dr Bhupendra Kaushal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He brings more than four decades of professional experience, spanning human resources, industrial relations, employee relations, administration, workforce management, manufacturing HR, organisational development and leadership.
In his new role at AGGCON, Dr Kaushal will lead the organisation’s human resources agenda as the infrastructure equipment rental company continues to support large-scale construction, industrial and infrastructure projects across India. His background in managing complex, multi-location workforces and HR functions across manufacturing and infrastructure-linked businesses positions him to support AGGCON’s people, capability and organisational priorities.
Before joining AGGCON, Dr Kaushal served as Director – HR with a reputed company in New Delhi from October 2024 to August 2026. Prior to that, he was Executive Director at the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), where he led HR activities and provided HR services and training to organisations across PSUs, private sector companies, banking, cooperatives, NBFCs and IT-enabled services.
From 2020 to 2024, he was Head – HR (Manufacturing) at Zydus Wellness, overseeing human resources and employee relations across multiple manufacturing locations in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim and Gujarat. Earlier, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ginni Filaments Ltd, a Jaipuria Group company, where he managed the complete employee lifecycle and HR agenda across six manufacturing locations.
His earlier leadership journey includes roles as Head – HR & IR at JK Tyre & Industries, Chief Human Resources Officer at IEISL – IL&FS Environmental Infrastructure & Services, and AGM – HR & IR at DENSO. At IEISL, he was responsible for HR, industrial relations, administration and employee health and safety across 16 plant locations and six regional offices. At DENSO, he managed HR and industrial relations for a workforce of around 2,800 employees.
Dr Kaushal also spent more than eight years with Star Paper Mill Paper Industry LLC as Senior Manager – Personnel & IR, handling HR and industrial relations for a workforce of approximately 4,500 employees and multiple trade unions. Earlier, he worked with Global Telecom Solutions in regional HR and began his professional journey with the Indian Air Force, serving for more than 11 years and contributing to administration, safety and workplace discipline.
On the academic front, Dr Kaushal holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resource Management from Noida International University, completed in 2022. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Pune University, completed between 1992 and 1994.
