Kylie Lindberg Appointed as Chief People and Culture Officer at Arrive

Stockholm County, Sweden, November 2025 — Kylie Lindberg has stepped into the role of Chief People and Culture Officer at Arrive, the global mobility company shaping more livable and connected cities around the world. Since joining the organisation in 2023, Lindberg has played a crucial role in defining Arrive’s people strategy, shaping a unified culture, and strengthening its talent foundations across Europe and beyond. In her new position, she will continue driving people-centric transformation as Arrive scales its global platform.

Lindberg’s elevation to Chief People and Culture Officer reflects her steady progression over nearly three years at Arrive. Most recently, she served as VP People BU Parking & Transformation for close to ten months, strengthening people operations and driving strategic transformation across business units. Before this, she served as VP People Transformation M&A, contributing approximately seven months to driving organisational integration, change initiatives, and cross-regional alignment.

Earlier, Lindberg took on the role of Chief People Officer (Interim) for about six months, where she shaped leadership engagement, people processes, and cultural evolution during a strategic transition period. Prior to that, she served as Head of People Operations Europe for a little over one year, building foundational people systems across the organisation’s European footprint. She entered Arrive after completing a three-month HR consulting engagement at People Experience, supporting EasyPark AB.

Before joining Arrive’s ecosystem, Lindberg held influential HR leadership roles across several global brands. She contributed nine months at adidas as Director HR & Project Initiatives Europe, where she advanced regional HR projects and transformation agendas. Prior to that, she served briefly as Human Resources Director at BMW Group, supporting people strategy across Sweden. Earlier, Lindberg spent over one year with adidas as Human Resources Director (Nordics), strengthening people frameworks across the region.

Prior to her assignments at adidas and BMW, Lindberg spent more than two years at Dyson as HRBP Nordics, where she strengthened HR processes, enabled leadership effectiveness, and supported operational growth across Nordic markets. Earlier, she spent over three years at ComeOn Group as HR Manager, leading recruitment, employer branding, mergers and acquisitions integration, leadership development, labour law, HR operations, and culture-building.

Before joining ComeOn Group, Lindberg served for two years at LeoVegas Group as HR Manager, where she managed recruitment, employee relations, policy development, compliance processes, performance management, and HR systems for the fast-growing gaming organisation.

Earlier in her career, Lindberg built a diverse foundation in client relations, recruitment, financial planning, and customer advisory roles at AliQuantum Gaming Ltd, Betting Connections, LifeStar Insurance plc, and Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, gaining multi-sectoral exposure that shaped her people-focused leadership style.

Across her broad global career, Lindberg has developed deep capabilities in people transformation, mergers and acquisitions, organisational culture, talent strategy, operations, HR project leadership, and cross-market alignment—expertise that strongly positions her to lead the people and culture function at Arrive.
