Greater Bengaluru Area, India, August 2026 — ITC Infotech has appointed Ajith Pai as President and Global Head – Next Gen Enterprise Services. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across technology delivery, sales, operations and strategic transformation, Pai brings deep expertise in enterprise technology and consulting, with significant experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector.
Prior to joining ITC Infotech, Pai spent more than five years with Tech Mahindra, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head – HiTech, Media and Entertainment Vertical from April 2024 to July 2026. In this role, he led a major global industry vertical, combining business leadership with delivery, client engagement and growth responsibilities. Earlier at Tech Mahindra, he served as Vice President and Global Delivery Head – HiTech, US Region, and also worked within the company’s Chief Transformation Office as Delivery Head.
Before Tech Mahindra, Pai had a long career of over 20 years with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). His most recent role there was Function Head – TCS BFSI Strategy and Operations, where he contributed to strategy and operational leadership for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance business. He previously served as Delivery Partner – TCS ANZ BFSI, Head – Operations, BFS ANZ, Delivery Partner – BFS Canada, and Program Director – BFS North America Operations.
Earlier in his TCS journey, Pai held multiple client-facing, delivery and technology leadership roles across North America, Europe and India. As Program Director – BFS Midwest Customer Engagement, he managed data management infrastructure for a large financial services organisation and was responsible for resource strategy, budget planning, cost control, client relations, negotiations, change management, quality, process improvements, business development and contract management. His career progression at TCS also included roles as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Technical Lead and Technology Development professional.
Pai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. In his new role at ITC Infotech, he will focus on driving business growth, strengthening strategic client relationships and advancing enterprise services initiatives, while helping scale the company’s capabilities across global markets.
