Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2026 — Xebia has elevated Kiran Bisht to the role of Associate Director – People Experience, marking a significant progression in her career with the global AI-first consulting and software engineering company. With more than 17 years of experience across human resources, employee experience, HR business partnering and engagement, Bisht brings extensive expertise in building people practices that connect employee experience with organisational priorities.
Bisht joined Xebia in July 2025 as Senior Manager – People Experience (APAC), where she led People Experience initiatives across the region while working closely with the Head of HR and regional leadership. Her responsibilities covered the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, retention and exits. She also led engagement frameworks such as Pulse Connect and Manager Connect and oversaw HRMS operations and employee data management. Her promotion to Associate Director – People Experience reflects her growing leadership responsibilities within Xebia’s people function.
Before joining Xebia, Bisht spent three years with SirionLabs as Employee Relations Manager, where her responsibilities extended across HR business partnering and global employee engagement for multiple functions in India and international markets. She partnered with leadership on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent reviews and people analytics while managing performance appraisal processes, OKRs, competency frameworks and employee experience initiatives. Her work also included designing the Manager Essentials programme, strengthening onboarding through structured 30-60-90-day plans, supporting retention strategies and using employee satisfaction and attrition insights to inform people decisions.
Earlier, Bisht served as Senior Manager – Employee Experience at Builder.ai, supporting employees across India, the UAE and Singapore. Her responsibilities included learning, performance and progression, onboarding and offboarding, talent analytics, change management, succession planning and employee engagement. She previously spent more than five years at Nagarro, where she worked as Assistant Manager Human Resources, focusing on employee engagement, HR policies, employee relations, employer branding, CSR initiatives and retention.
Her earlier career includes more than four years with Fidelity National Information Services, where she managed the employee lifecycle for a workforce of around 700 employees, along with HR roles at Vinove Software and Services and Pro’Guild India. Bisht holds an MBA in HR & International Business from Amity University. Her career reflects sustained experience across employee relations, talent management, organisational development, people analytics and employee experience.
