Atlanta, Georgia, United States, October 2024 – Keith Tompkins has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Stickler Properties, a trusted name in the real estate sector. In his new role, Keith will lead the HR functions, focusing on enhancing the employee experience, talent development, and aligning the HR strategy with the company’s vision of growth and community impact.
Prior to joining Stickler Properties, Keith served as Senior Manager HR and EHS at Magna International in Carrollton, Georgia, United States, for over 7 months. In this role, Keith led a team of HR professionals, overseeing HR initiatives across multiple locations, and implemented key strategies for employee engagement, operational efficiency, and policy optimization. His leadership resulted in cost savings and improved HR metrics across two major sites.
Before Magna, Keith was the Regional Director for Hearthside Food Solutions, where he managed HR operations for 6 locations across 3 states, overseeing over 4,500 employees. He played a significant role in optimizing recruitment, talent development, and employee retention, while also leading a critical task force for companywide active shooter preparedness.
Keith also held the role of Director of Human Resources, IT, & Corporate Affairs at Cellofoam North America Inc., where he directed HR operations across 13 locations in 8 states, United States. His work included migrating HR systems to improve efficiency and save costs, overseeing policy compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic, and leading corporate strategy meetings.
Earlier in his career, Keith served as HR Director at Hall Booth Smith, P.C., managing HR functions for 17 locations in 9 states. He was instrumental in optimizing onboarding and training processes, enhancing compliance, and implementing a performance management system tied to profit-sharing.
