Singh has been associated with Light & Wonder since 2019, initially joining as HRBP Manager. In April 2022, she was elevated to Senior Manager HR Business Partner, where she was responsible for developing people strategies supporting business growth and operational excellence. Her remit included employee engagement, talent and staffing processes, learning and development, organisation design and development, change management and performance management, while partnering with global teams to strengthen operational synergy.

Before joining Light & Wonder, Singh spent more than four years with NAGRA as HRBP – Manager. In that position, she supported approximately 700 employees across three verticals and support functions at a pan-India level. Her responsibilities covered talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, leadership development, organisational design, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, HR operations and workforce planning.

Earlier, Singh spent more than seven years with 3i Infotech Limited as an HR Business Partner. Her responsibilities encompassed the full spectrum of HR, including staffing, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, workforce planning and succession planning. She also worked on talent interventions supporting performance culture, employee engagement, competency development and leadership capabilities.

Singh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Alliance Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. Her elevation to Director HR Business Partner reflects her sustained progression in strategic HR business partnering and her experience in aligning people strategy, leadership development and organisational capabilities with business priorities.
