Edison, N.J., United States, November 14, 2024 – Orion Innovation (“Orion”), a leading digital transformation and product development services firm, has appointed Brian Bronson as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Bronson succeeds Raj Patil, who will transition to an advisory role with Orion and One Equity Partners.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience in global technology sectors, Bronson will spearhead Orion’s growth and transformation, expanding its digital capabilities and strengthening its market presence.

Before joining Orion, Bronson was EVP of US Telecom, Media, and Entertainment at Capgemini, where he led the integration and execution of the global engineering services business across the Americas and Asia, focusing on innovative capabilities in 5G, connectivity, and software product engineering.
Previously, as President & CEO of Radisys, he drove the company’s transformation from a hardware provider to a leader in software and enabling technologies for telecom, technology, and medical industries. This transformation led to the successful acquisition of Radisys by Reliance Industries in 2018.
