Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2026 — 3i Infotech Ltd. has announced the appointment of Shavee Sehajpal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). An accomplished HR leader with more than two decades of experience, Sehajpal brings expertise spanning organisational transformation, strategic HR, workforce planning, leadership, talent management, culture and HR analytics.
Before joining 3i Infotech, Sehajpal served as HR Head – India at NTT DATA, Inc. from March 2023 to January 2026. She led a 30-member Centre of Excellence and HR Business Partner team supporting a workforce of approximately 4,000 employees across India. During this tenure, she partnered with CXOs on HR strategy, workforce planning, executive hiring, performance alignment and cost management, while helping reshape the People & Culture function into a COE-led and analytics-driven HR organisation. She also led the harmonisation of HR across four legal entities, bringing areas including policy, payroll, compliance, compensation and learning and development into a unified operating model.
Prior to NTT DATA, Sehajpal was Vice President Human Resources at Algonomy from 2021 to 2023. She earlier worked independently as an HR Advisor, Virtual CHRO and HR Consultant, supporting organisations across manufacturing, logistics and consulting with HR transformation, recruitment, process redesign and the establishment of HR functions. From 2017 to 2020, she served as HR Director – Honeywell Connected Enterprise at Honeywell, where she supported the APAC business and was part of the global HR leadership team. Her responsibilities also included HR leadership for shared services functions spanning finance, procurement, law, marketing communications, customer experience and order management.
Sehajpal previously spent more than four years with Maersk Global Service Centres as a Global Human Resources Business Partner, supporting a finance organisation of approximately 2,800 employees across India, the Philippines and China. Her work encompassed organisation design, leadership hiring, change management, performance, compensation and benefits, talent management, engagement and retention. Earlier career assignments included HR leadership and transformation roles with Wipro BPO, Allcargo Global Logistics Limited and Tata Consultancy Services, along with experience at Blackpool Borough Council and Intelligroup.
Across her career, Sehajpal has worked on large-scale HR transformation, business partnering, competency frameworks, HR technology, analytics, organisational design and global workforce initiatives. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from ITM Group of Institutions. Her appointment at 3i Infotech brings this cross-industry and international HR experience to the company’s senior leadership as it continues its digital transformation journey.
