Tan90 Thermal Appoints Meera Srivastava as Vice President – Human Resources

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2026 — Tan90 Thermal Solution Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Meera Srivastava as Vice President – Human Resources. Srivastava brings more than a decade of human resources experience across logistics, delivery services, engineering, manufacturing, and other business environments.

Srivastava joins Tan90 Thermal from Celcius Logistics Solution Pvt. Ltd., where she most recently served as Senior Human Resources Manager. She joined the organization in March 2023 as HR Manager before progressing to the senior HR leadership role. Her experience with Celcius Logistics provided her with exposure to people management within the fast-moving logistics and supply chain ecosystem.

Before Celcius Logistics, Srivastava served as Assistant Manager – HR at KDL – Delivery Service Partner in Mumbai from March 2022 to February 2023. In this role, she continued to build her experience in human resources management within a delivery and operations-focused business environment.

Earlier, Srivastava spent nearly five years as Human Resources Executive at Maxpro Engineer Pvt. Ltd., building substantial experience within the engineering sector. She previously worked as a Human Resources Officer at TEMA INDIA LTD in Thane and as a Human Resources Assistant at R.N. Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. in Surat.

Across her career, Srivastava has progressed through HR roles from Human Resources Assistant and HR Officer to Manager, Senior Manager, and now Vice President – Human Resources. In her new leadership role at Tan90 Thermal, she will bring her cross-industry people management experience to support the company’s workforce and organizational priorities as it continues developing temperature-controlled logistics solutions.

Tan90 Thermal develops portable cold-storage solutions designed to simplify the transportation of temperature-controlled products from farm to fork. Its solutions address cold-chain requirements by enabling temperature-sensitive goods to be transported while maintaining appropriate thermal conditions.

Based in India, the company operates within the cold-chain and logistics technology ecosystem, supporting businesses that require reliable temperature control during the movement of products across the supply chain.
