Liverpool, United Kingdom, January 2026 – Graeme Simpson has been appointed as Head of People & Culture at United Infrastructure Ltd. In this senior leadership role, he will lead people strategy, workforce transformation and colleague experience across United Infrastructure’s national infrastructure delivery operations spanning utilities, energy, telecoms and social infrastructure.
Graeme Simpson brings more than fifteen years of HR leadership experience across logistics, sports, utilities and infrastructure sectors. He has progressed rapidly within United Infrastructure Ltd, most recently serving as Head of Business Partnering & Colleague Experience and earlier as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where he strengthened HR operating models, colleague experience frameworks and business partnering effectiveness across large operational workforces.
Prior to joining United Infrastructure, Graeme served as Senior Associate – HR Business Partnering at Liverpool Football Club, contributing to workforce engagement and HR governance across elite sports operations. Earlier in his career, he held multiple HR leadership roles at Yodel, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager and HR Administrator, and also served as Regional HR Manager at Gist Limited and HR Officer at Office Depot UK, building strong expertise in frontline workforce management, industrial relations and operational HR delivery.
