Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden, August 2026 — Instabee has appointed Deirdre Net as Head of People Sweden, where she will lead the company’s people strategy and HR agenda across its Swedish operations. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening organizational culture, developing talent, supporting business growth, and building high-performing teams as Instabee continues to expand its leadership in last-mile delivery and logistics.
With over 12 years of experience in human resources, people strategy, talent management, organizational development, and employee experience, Deirdre Net has built a strong track record of partnering with business leaders to drive people transformation across the technology, fintech, retail, professional services, and staffing sectors.
Prior to joining Instabee, Deirdre served as Director, People Business Partner at Visa, where she partnered with business leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives following Visa’s acquisition of Tink. Before Visa, she spent more than two years at Tink, most recently as People Director, leading the company’s people strategy while managing cross-functional HR teams supporting commercial and corporate functions. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in integrating Tink’s workforce into Visa, aligning policies, culture, compliance, and talent strategies following the acquisition. Earlier at Tink, she also held the positions of Senior People Partner and People Partner, supporting leadership teams with performance management, organizational development, and people strategy.
Earlier in her career, Deirdre was HR Business Partner at H&M, where she led end-to-end people processes, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, and change management initiatives. She also held HR leadership roles at Advokatfirman Cederquist, serving as HR Manager and previously HR Specialist – Recruitment & Employer Branding, where she managed recruitment, leadership development, learning and development, compensation, and employer branding initiatives. She began her HR career with The Adecco Group, Essity, and Academic Work, building expertise across recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
In her new position at Instabee, Deirdre will lead the People function in Sweden, helping strengthen organizational capability, employee engagement, leadership development, and culture as the company continues its rapid growth across the Nordic logistics and e-commerce delivery market.
