United States, July 2026 — TurnPoint Services has appointed Courtney Abraham as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, talent agenda, organizational development, and culture initiatives, supporting TurnPoint Services’ continued expansion while strengthening leadership capability and employee engagement across its growing portfolio of service brands.
With nearly 30 years of experience spanning human resources, organizational transformation, talent management, change leadership, and executive development, Courtney Abraham has established herself as a transformational HR executive with an exceptional track record of leading global people strategies for private equity-backed, multinational, and high-growth organizations.
Prior to joining TurnPoint Services, Courtney served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Current Lighting, where she led the global people strategy for a $1 billion advanced lighting and intelligent controls business with more than 3,500 employees across Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. Reporting directly to the CEO, she oversaw executive talent acquisition, succession planning, organizational design, culture transformation, total rewards, learning and development, executive compensation, communications, and M&A integration.
During her tenure, she successfully integrated a major global acquisition involving 2,500 employees, strengthened executive leadership teams, increased employee engagement, and drove workforce transformation through digital learning and AI-enabled capability development. She also previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at GE Current, a Daintree company, where she helped guide the organization through its transition following the GE divestiture.
Earlier, Courtney was Chief People Officer at AML RightSource, where she prepared the organization for private equity sale while transforming talent acquisition, performance management, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. Before that, she spent more than five years with The Adecco Group, progressing from Senior Vice President, Talent Management to Global Head of Talent Strategy & Development. There, she redesigned global succession planning, executive talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational capability, significantly increasing internal mobility and strengthening executive pipelines across the global organization.
Her earlier leadership journey includes executive HR positions at Southeastern Grocers, where she led organizational effectiveness, learning, talent management, and change initiatives during large-scale business integration, as well as The Hanover Insurance Group, where she advanced through multiple HR leadership roles over six years. She also held consulting leadership positions at EXTRAPRISE GROUP INC, advising Fortune 500 organizations on organizational change, learning, and transformation, and began her career in leadership roles with Aerial Communications and Pier 1 Imports.
As Chief Human Resources Officer at TurnPoint Services, Courtney will lead the company’s people strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture initiatives as the organization continues to scale its nationwide portfolio of residential and commercial service brands.
