Roeselare, Belgium, July 2026 — Accent has promoted Kimberly Lanssens to the role of Chief People Officer (CPO). She succeeds Lindsay Demuynck, who has taken on a new role as Chief Executive Officer of TMI in the Netherlands. As Chief People Officer, Kimberly will lead Accent’s people strategy, talent development, organizational culture, and HR initiatives, supporting the company’s continued growth and commitment to connecting people and businesses.
With nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, compliance, employment law, and operational leadership, Kimberly has built an accomplished career within Belgium’s recruitment and HR services industry. Her promotion reflects Accent’s confidence in her leadership and deep understanding of people, compliance, and organizational excellence.
Kimberly joined Accent in 2021 as Head of Compliance, where she has led the company’s compliance framework while supporting HR strategy and talent development initiatives. Her expertise in employment legislation, governance, and people management has played an important role in strengthening Accent’s internal operations and supporting its people-first culture.
Prior to joining Accent, Kimberly served as Chief Operating Officer at AGO Jobs & HR, where she oversaw operational excellence and business performance across the organization. Before assuming the COO position, she spent more than 13 years with AGO Jobs & HR, progressing through leadership roles including Social Law Manager and Social Law Consultant. During this period, she developed extensive expertise in employment law, compliance, HR advisory, organizational development, and workforce management, establishing herself as a respected leader within Belgium’s staffing and recruitment sector.
As Chief People Officer, Kimberly will focus on advancing Accent’s people strategy, strengthening leadership capability, nurturing talent development, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace that supports both employees and clients.
