Boston, Massachusetts, United States, May 2026 — Firdaus Bhathena has joined S&P Global as EVP and Chief Technology & Transformation Officer, bringing extensive leadership experience across technology, digital transformation, healthcare, fintech, SaaS, enterprise software, and product innovation.
Before joining S&P Global, Firdaus served as Chief Technology Officer at FIS, where he led technology strategy and innovation for one of the world’s major financial technology companies. Prior to that, he was General Manager, Healthcare at Noom Inc., strengthening his experience across digital health, healthcare platforms, and consumer-focused technology.
Earlier, Firdaus held senior digital leadership roles at CVS Health and Aetna, serving as Enterprise Chief Digital Officer and Chief Digital Officer, respectively. In these roles, he led digital experiences, products, technology infrastructure, growth, partnerships, and consumer-focused digital strategy across healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, retail, and insurance businesses.
His entrepreneurial and technology leadership journey also includes founding and scaling ventures such as Ziptr, Relicore, and WebLine Communications, with Relicore acquired by Symantec and WebLine acquired by Cisco Systems. He also held senior leadership roles at Cisco, Symantec, Kurzweil Educational Systems, and Mule Automation Systems, building a strong foundation in enterprise software, customer engagement technology, product strategy, and engineering leadership.
