Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, October 2024 – Amirul Zarif Azri has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Paragon Corp Malaysia, where he will oversee all HR functions, driving strategic initiatives, talent management, and HR transformation efforts within the organization. With his extensive experience in HR leadership and business partnering, Amirul will be instrumental in enhancing Paragon Corp’s human capital management and aligning HR strategies with the company’s growth objectives.

Before joining Paragon Corp Malaysia, Amirul served as Group Head of Human Resources at TAGS Chiropractic & Rehabilitation and ALTY, where he was responsible for managing HR operations, employee engagement, and HR transformation. His tenure at these organizations showcased his ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and foster a positive work environment.

Prior to that, Amirul was HR Manager at Common Ground Coworking Space, where he oversaw the full spectrum of HR services, including payroll administration, employee engagement, and leadership development. Amirul also gained valuable experience at PETRONAS, where he held roles in both Governance & Capability Management and HR Business Partnering. During this time, he was involved in major restructuring exercises, employee development programs, and global HR operations. His leadership in HR transformation and employee engagement initiatives helped PETRONAS maintain a strong and adaptable workforce.
