Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Raymond Limited has appointed Shalini Singh as Head – Corporate Communications, reinforcing its leadership team with one of India’s most accomplished communications and reputation management professionals. In her new role, she will lead the Group’s external and internal communications, strategic communications, financial communications, social media strategy, and crisis management, supporting Raymond’s continued transformation and growth.
Bringing over 27 years of experience across corporate communications, public affairs, sustainability, ESG, brand building, and reputation management, Shalini has built an impressive career leading communications functions for some of India’s most respected business groups. Her expertise spans strategic stakeholder engagement, corporate branding, board-level advisory, sustainability communications, and organizational reputation management.
Before joining Raymond Limited, Shalini was an independent Integrated Communications, Brand & Sustainability Expert under her advisory platform Stewardship with Purpose, while also serving as a Senior Strategic Advisor at NorthStar Insights and holding advisory positions with leading governance and sustainability organizations. Earlier, she served as Group Head – Brand & Communications at RPG Group, where she led the group’s brand and communication strategy across its diversified businesses.
Previously, Shalini headed Corporate Communications and Sustainability for Holcim India, overseeing communications, ESG, financial communications, corporate branding, and sustainability initiatives for Ambuja Cements and ACC Ltd. She also played a key role in the communications and branding transition during the acquisition of the businesses by the Adani Group. Prior to that, she spent more than 16 years at Tata Power, where she served as Chief – Corporate Communications, CSR & Sustainability, leading award-winning initiatives in sustainability, corporate reputation, CSR, stakeholder engagement, and digital communications. Her earlier leadership experience includes senior communications roles at Accenture, Bharti Tele-Ventures (Airtel), Kale Consultants, and Arvind Mills, where she established and strengthened corporate communications functions across multiple industries.
At Raymond Limited, Shalini will focus on strengthening the Group’s corporate reputation, enhancing stakeholder engagement, driving integrated communication strategies, and supporting the organization’s long-term business vision as it enters its centenary year.
