Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd., one of India’s leading textile and apparel manufacturing companies, has announced the appointment of Rishabh Jain as its new Head of Information Technology. With more than 17 years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise technology management, Rishabh will drive Siyaram’s IT strategy to accelerate automation, strengthen digital operations, and enable business agility across the organization.
In his new role, Rishabh will focus on modernizing Siyaram’s technology landscape through intelligent automation, data-driven decision-making, and infrastructure optimization. His expertise in leveraging technology to enhance manufacturing and retail efficiency will play a key role in advancing Siyaram’s innovation-led growth agenda.
Before joining Siyaram Silk Mills, Rishabh served as General Manager – Information Technology at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., where he led end-to-end digital transformation projects including cloud migrations, RPA deployment, Oracle Transportation Management implementation, and SD-WAN rollouts across multiple sites.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., where he managed large-scale SAP operations, D365-MPOS integrations, GST implementation, and HRMS and POS system rollouts across India. Prior to that, he held key IT leadership roles at Godfrey Phillips India Ltd., overseeing ERP implementations and business process digitization, and began his professional journey at SMADURK Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Engineer.
With a strong record of aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals, Rishabh’s leadership is set to reinforce Siyaram’s commitment to technological excellence, operational resilience, and digital innovation.
