Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, July 2026 — Richemont has appointed Jeanette Tax as HR Director, Oceania, marking the next chapter of her international human resources leadership journey with the global luxury group.
Jeanette relocates to Sydney after more than four years in Amsterdam as HR Director, Benelux & Nordics. In her new role, she will lead the people agenda across Oceania, supporting Richemont’s business and Maisons through talent strategy, organizational development, leadership capability, employee experience, and people operations.
During her tenure as HR Director, Benelux & Nordics, Jeanette supported Richemont’s people priorities across the region while contributing to the long-term development of its distinctive Maisons and businesses.
Before joining Richemont, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Kega, where she led strategic business development, operational excellence, organizational transformation, international scalability, and the implementation of a new people strategy. Her responsibilities included compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employer branding, diversity, equity and inclusion, talent development, and organizational design.
Earlier, Jeanette was Head of HR – France, Benelux & Nordics at Swarovski, leading an international HR team and overseeing the full people agenda for more than 1,000 employees across retail and corporate operations. She drove people strategy, organizational restructuring, change management, policy harmonization, and HR transformation across multiple European markets.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles with beeline Group, Blue Lynx Group, the Swedish Athletic Association, and Sports Coaches Outreach. Across these assignments, she built experience in international HR leadership, recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, market entry, labour relations, and cross-border organizational transformation.
Jeanette holds a Master’s degree in Sociology, Human Resource Development and Labour Relations from Uppsala University. She also completed the Mastering Design Thinking programme at the MIT Sloan School of Management, strengthening her capabilities in innovation, transformation, and human-centred problem-solving.
With more than two decades of experience across luxury, retail, technology, consulting, and organizational development, Jeanette brings strong international expertise in people strategy, HR transformation, leadership development, culture, and business partnering.
