Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, August 2026 — Jade Global has promoted Mamta Singh to Director – North America Talent Acquisition, marking a significant milestone in her more than decade-long journey with the organization. In her expanded role, she will lead talent acquisition across the United States and Canada, with a focus on executive hiring, strategic workforce planning, and building scalable recruitment practices that support Jade Global’s continued growth.
Mamta brings over 17 years of experience across talent acquisition, recruitment operations, workforce planning, stakeholder management, employer branding, and team leadership. Since joining Jade Global in 2016, she has progressed through several leadership positions including Lead – Talent Acquisition, Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager, before being elevated to Director. Her career progression reflects a strong track record of building recruitment capability, managing high-volume and niche hiring, and partnering closely with senior business leaders.
In her current mandate, Mamta leads North America Talent Acquisition, with responsibility for executive hiring and developing scalable recruitment frameworks across the U.S. and Canada. During her tenure at Jade Global, she has helped strengthen talent pipelines, improve recruitment processes, and support the company’s expansion across technology consulting and managed services.
Prior to Jade Global, Mamta worked with Concept Software & Services Inc. as Assistant Manager, where she managed recruitment operations, vendor relationships, stakeholder engagement, sourcing capability, and recruitment reporting across U.S. and India hiring. Earlier, she served as Team Lead at KAnand Corporation, managing end-to-end U.S. recruitment for technical roles, and held HR and recruitment positions with WNS Global Services, Adroit Software Inc., and RiseSmart.
Mamta holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has also been associated with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) as a practitioner, further strengthening her professional grounding in HR and talent management.
