Massachusetts, United States, August 2026 — BayCoast Bank has appointed Beth Pelletier as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources & Talent Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the bank continues to invest in people, talent, and organizational capability across its growing financial services network.
Beth brings nearly 30 years of human resources experience spanning strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, talent management, organizational development, and workforce operations. Prior to joining BayCoast Bank, she spent nearly eight years with People, Incorporated as Vice President of Human Resources, where she led HR strategy, people programs, and organizational initiatives supporting the broader mission and workforce of the organization.
Earlier, Beth served as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Child & Family Services, Inc., where she focused on strategic HR, employee engagement, and people operations. Before that, she spent more than eight years with Pearson Marine Group, LLC, first as Human Resources Director and later as an HR Consultant, building deep expertise across HR operations, employee relations, and organizational support.
Beth began her long HR career with Leonard Valve Company, where she served as Human Resources Manager/Office Manager for more than eight years. Across these roles, she has developed a strong track record of partnering with leadership teams, building people-focused practices, and supporting organizations through periods of growth and change.
In her new role at BayCoast Bank, Beth will lead the bank’s human resources and talent agenda, helping strengthen workforce capability, employee experience, leadership development, and talent strategies across the organization.
