India, August 2026 — L’Oréal India has appointed Rupal Singh Chauhan as Head of Marketing – Biolage, marking a new leadership chapter for the professional haircare brand in India. Rupal moves into the role after more than six years with L’Oréal, during which she has built experience spanning marketing, brand development, business development, and commercial strategy. Most recently, she served as Senior Marketing Manager, following her earlier role as Marketing Manager. Her journey within the organization has included extensive work with Kérastase Paris, where she contributed to aspirational product launches, campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.

She joined L’Oréal in 2020 as National Business Development Manager, before transitioning into marketing leadership. Her progression from business development to brand and marketing roles has provided her with a combination of commercial, consumer, and brand-building experience that she now brings to Biolage.

Prior to L’Oréal, Rupal worked with DIAGEO India as Sales Team Lead, where she managed sales teams, distributor operations, retail execution, consumer activation, promotional investments, and brand visibility initiatives. Earlier, she spent more than two years with Idea Cellular Ltd as a Key Account Manager, managing corporate accounts, sales channels, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across the Chandigarh market.

Rupal holds an MBA in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). Her career spanning telecommunications, consumer businesses, sales, business development, and beauty marketing brings a broad commercial perspective to her new leadership mandate at Biolage.
