Her responsibilities spanned business strategy, leadership support, commercial planning, and execution across high-growth consumer businesses.

Sumedha began her career with Unilever as a Management Trainee, gaining hands-on experience across marketing, brand building, innovation, P&L management, sales, and customer marketing. She worked on brands including Surf Excel Matic, contributing to consumer insights, financial business cases, pack design, marketing communication, and portfolio initiatives, while also supporting channel optimization and sales growth programs across India.

She holds a PGDBM in Business Administration and Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, providing a strong academic foundation for her career across strategy, consulting, consumer businesses, and leadership roles.
