Saudi Arabia, March 2025 – Tharwah has announced the appointment of Saleh Khalid Alzayed as its new Head of People & Culture. In this role, he will focus on enhancing organizational culture, fostering collaboration and innovation, and driving strategic HR initiatives to support the company’s continued growth.
Prior to joining Tharwah, Saleh took a career break in 2024, during which he pursued personal and professional development. Before that, he served as Human Resources Manager at Deloitte, where he played a pivotal role in HR strategy, talent management, and workforce planning for nearly one and a half years.
Before his tenure at Deloitte, Saleh held the position of Lead – Human Resources Management at Grant Thornton Saudi Arabia for over four years, where he contributed to organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies. His earlier career includes experience as HR Supervisor at Enova by Veolia and Senior Administrative Officer at BATCO Group, where he gained expertise in HR operations, policy implementation, and workforce optimization.
With a strong background in HR leadership and strategic people management, Saleh is well-equipped to drive Tharwah’s people-centric initiatives and cultural transformation.
