Rochester, New York, USA, September 2024 – Dixie Bingham has accepted the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Lewis Services, where she will lead all facets of human resources, including talent acquisition, development, and organizational culture initiatives. As a key member of the executive team, Dixie will focus on driving HR strategies to support the company’s growth and employee ownership model.
Prior to joining Lewis Services, Dixie was the Vice President Human Resources, IP at ITT Inc., where she supported a global organization of 3,500 employees across 16 manufacturing locations and oversaw union contract negotiations, talent strategy, and HR integration for acquisitions.
Before ITT, Dixie served as Group Vice President Human Resources – PCC Metals at Precision Castparts, where she spearheaded leadership and talent development programs, union contract negotiations across multiple countries, and increased global headcount by 50%.
She also held the role of Vice President Human Resources – TIMET Division at Precision Castparts, leading HR strategy and talent retention during a challenging business period.
