Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India | July 2026 — CSRBOX Group has elevated Rajvi Parmar to the role of Associate Chief of Staff, recognizing her contributions to the organization’s strategic initiatives and executive leadership support. In her expanded role, she will continue to work closely with the leadership team, driving strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration, organizational priorities, and high-impact initiatives that support CSRBOX Group’s continued growth and mission.
Rajvi has been with CSRBOX Group for the past two years, steadily progressing through increasingly strategic leadership roles. Prior to this elevation, she served as Senior Manager & Fellow – CEO’s Office, where she partnered closely with the CEO on organizational priorities, strategic projects, business operations, and executive initiatives.
Earlier, she was Fellow – CEO’s Office, supporting leadership on business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-wide initiatives while contributing to the organization’s expanding impact ecosystem.
Before joining CSRBOX, Rajvi spent nearly seven years with Sauhard, initially serving as a Facilitator before progressing to Program Coordinator. During this period, she worked extensively on community development, program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and grassroots social impact initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Data Analyst at S&P Global, where she developed analytical capabilities and experience in data-driven decision-making that continue to complement her strategic leadership responsibilities.
With nearly a decade of experience spanning strategy, program management, executive office leadership, social impact, stakeholder engagement, and data analytics, Rajvi has built a strong track record of supporting organizational growth and driving meaningful development initiatives.
