Kolkata, West Bengal, India, September 2024 – Subrata Kumar Saha has joined the prestigious Ambuja Neotia Group as Head of HR & Sr. General Manager – Human Resources. In his new role, Subrata will lead the human resources initiatives across the group, driving productivity, employee engagement, and organizational development to ensure sustainable business growth. He brings a wealth of experience in HR processes, change management, and business transformation.
Prior to joining Ambuja Neotia, Subrata spent over 13 years at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India), where he held various roles, including Assistant General Manager and Chief Manager Human Resources. During his tenure, he contributed to the company’s HR strategies, driving operational excellence and cost-saving initiatives.
Subrata also worked as Sr. Business Partner HR at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where he was responsible for HR operations in the Pune area. His experience at Infosys helped shape his approach to HR in large, matrixed organizations.
In addition to his corporate roles, Subrata has been actively involved with professional organizations, serving as Hon. Member of the National Institute of Personnel Management and Hon. Assistant Secretary at the National HRD Network, Kolkata Chapter.
