Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Prakash Lakhiani has taken on a new role as Head of People & Culture – Country Director – India at SitusAMC, marking a significant step in his leadership journey in human resources. In this role, he will lead the people strategy for India, focusing on talent development, organizational culture, and aligning HR practices with business growth objectives.
Prior to this appointment, Prakash Lakhiani served as Head Human Resources – Vice President at Prime Focus Technologies, where he led HR transformation initiatives for a workforce of over 3,000 employees. He played a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business growth, driving employee engagement, optimizing HR operations, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational performance.
Earlier, he spent over a decade with CBRE as Senior Associate Director – Human Resources – India, where he managed end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design. He partnered closely with business leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives and contributed to strengthening employer branding and operational excellence.
Before that, he served as HR Head – South Asia, Singapore, and KL at Regus, where he led HR strategy across multiple geographies, driving talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and workforce planning initiatives aligned with regional business goals.
Earlier in his career, he held HR roles at Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase, building strong expertise in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations, forming a solid foundation for his leadership journey.
