May 2024, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India – Prakash RC has recently been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Texila American University Consortium. Bringing his extensive experience in HR management and strategic planning, Prakash is set to enhance the HR operations and contribute to the growth of the educational consortium.
Prior to joining Texila American University Consortium, Prakash served as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Kriya IT Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible from November 2022. His role involved overseeing HR operations and performance appraisal systems, reinforcing the company’s position as a leader in technology services.
From August 2019 to February 2023, Prakash was the Head of Human Resources at a prominent firm in Chittoor, where he significantly enhanced HR frameworks and led initiatives that drove organizational efficiency and workforce development.
Before that, Prakash worked with Isha Vidhya as a Senior Human Resources Manager from October 2012 to July 2019. His tenure at Isha Vidhya was marked by substantial improvements in HR policies and employee satisfaction levels, making significant contributions to the organization’s mission in education.
Earlier, Prakash was the Area Head of Human Resources at Eureka Forbes Ltd from June 2010 to September 2012, where he effectively managed HR functions across the Coimbatore area, improving staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
