Amina joined Payfuture in 2025 as Human Resources Manager, where she contributed to HR operations, talent strategy, people processes, and employee experience. Her elevation reflects her growing leadership impact within the organization.
Before joining Payfuture, Amina worked as People Operations Consultant at honeycomb.io. Earlier, she spent nearly four years with Zappi, where she served as People Operations Director and People Operations Manager, leading global people operations, HR processes, rewards, compliance, HR technology, engagement, and manager capability building.
Her career also includes key people operations roles at HackerOne, where she supported EMEA and APAC HR operations, built regional HR infrastructure, improved people processes, and supported a remote-first global workforce. She began her professional journey with Birchbox.
