Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2026 — KOHLER India has appointed Ritika Kala as Senior Manager – Total Rewards India, where she will lead the company’s rewards strategy for the India market, supporting its continued growth while strengthening compensation, benefits, and employee value proposition initiatives.
In her new role, Ritika will be responsible for driving Total Rewards strategy across India, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation programs, enhancing benefits offerings, and aligning reward practices with business priorities while supporting Kohler’s people and talent agenda.
Prior to joining KOHLER India, Ritika worked as an Independent HR Consultant, advising organizations on strategic human resources, compensation, rewards, and people initiatives.
Before that, she spent over 10 years with The Coca-Cola Company, where she most recently served as Head of Total Rewards for Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, and GCC Markets. In this role, she led compensation and benefits strategy across multiple international markets, partnering with business leaders to design competitive and business-aligned reward programs.
Earlier at The Coca-Cola Company, she served as Global Total Rewards Lead, where she developed and implemented global compensation and benefits strategies, collaborated with HR teams across markets, and designed reward solutions that supported organizational growth and talent retention. Prior to moving into Total Rewards leadership, she was a Strategic HR Business Partner, playing an instrumental role in establishing the company’s shared services organization while leading HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.
Earlier in her career, Ritika served as Strategic HR Business Partner at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., supporting supply chain and manufacturing functions. She also held HR roles with HCL Infosystems Ltd. and Progressive Infotech Pvt. Ltd., building a strong foundation across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, performance management, and people operations.
With nearly two decades of HR leadership experience spanning Total Rewards, compensation and benefits, HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational strategy across multinational organizations, Ritika brings deep expertise that will support KOHLER India’s continued focus on building a high-performance and people-centric workplace.
