New York, United States, August 2026 — EY-Parthenon has promoted Shalini Mimani to Senior Director, marking a significant milestone in her career spanning strategy and transactions, financial due diligence, infrastructure projects, and transaction advisory.
Shalini has been associated with Ernst & Young (EY) since 2020, working within Strategy and Transactions in New York. Over more than six years with the organization, she has built extensive experience supporting strategic and transaction-related engagements, bringing together financial analysis, commercial perspectives, and transaction execution expertise. Her elevation to Senior Director at EY-Parthenon reflects her continued progression within the organization.
Before joining EY, Shalini worked with ICICI Bank as an Infrastructure Project Manager in Mumbai. The role added infrastructure and project-focused experience to her broader financial and transaction advisory background.
Earlier, she spent more than two years with Deloitte in Financial Due Diligence, working across buy-side, sell-side, and vendor due diligence engagements. Prior to Deloitte, she spent nearly three years with KPMG, also specializing in Financial Due Diligence and supporting transaction-related assessments for clients.
Shalini began her professional journey as a Chartered Accountant, establishing the financial and analytical foundation that has underpinned her subsequent career across transaction advisory, due diligence, banking, and strategy. Her progression across KPMG, Deloitte, ICICI Bank, and EY brings together more than a decade of experience across financial and strategic advisory environments.
