Nieto was instrumental in integrating acquisitions and planning long-term talent strategies to support business objectives.

Earlier, Nieto held a significant role at Stratus Technologies, where she spent over 13 years as Vice President of Global Human Resources. Her tenure at Stratus was marked by her pivotal role in aligning the global people strategy with the company’s strategic initiatives, showcasing her ability to partner effectively with executive management. Additionally, her leadership was integral in the human resources activities during three key acquisitions, setting a solid foundation for her expertise in driving successful organizational integrations.
