New York, United States, July 2026 — Pandora has appointed Justin Scappatura as Director of Talent Acquisition, North America, marking another important milestone in his talent acquisition leadership journey with the world’s largest jewellery brand.
Justin assumes the role after serving as Interim Director, Talent Acquisition since January 2025. During this stretch assignment, he oversaw Talent Acquisition Director responsibilities while providing maternity leave coverage within Pandora’s HR team.
He joined Pandora in June 2023 as Specialist, Talent Acquisition – East Coast Retail, supporting recruitment across the East Coast, Florida, the Caribbean, and Disney Parks. He was subsequently promoted to Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition, where he supported hiring across Pandora’s corporate functions in New York City, Baltimore, and its distribution centre.
Prior to joining Pandora, Justin served as Senior Recruiter at MeUndies, where he managed the complete recruitment strategy and process, including job description development, employer branding, candidate selection, and onboarding.
Earlier, he worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Louis Vuitton, supporting high-volume recruitment across 23 retail locations in the West Coast and Hawaii region.
Justin also spent more than three years with JBCHoldings, progressing from Talent Acquisition Coordinator to Talent Acquisition Executive. During this period, he supported recruitment across fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, hospitality, entertainment, and media.
He began his HR career as a Human Resources Intern at Roger Williams University, contributing to projects across compensation and benefits, employment, HR information systems, diversity partnerships, job descriptions, and HR communications.
With experience spanning corporate, retail, luxury, consumer, and high-volume recruitment, Justin has built expertise in full-cycle recruiting, talent strategy, employer branding, candidate selection, stakeholder management, and workforce growth.
